Family-owned Rastelli Foods Group started out as a modest butcher shop in 1976, known then as The Meat Stop, based in Oak Valley, NJ, co-founded by brothers Tony and Ray Rastelli Jr. That single butcher shop has flourished into a thriving and diverse global company supplying the foodservice and retail segments, operating three federally inspected plants, warehouses and distribution centers.

During its growth and expansion years, the Swedesboro, NJ-based company’s employees have grown to over 900 and its leadership has been supplemented by Ray’s son, Ray III, executive vice president, his wife Brittany Rastelli, director of QVC merchandising as well as Tony’s daughter Lauren Rastelli DeMarco, vice president of marketing and Tony’s son Anthony Rastelli, vice president of international.
