Can be cooked from frozen or thawed state. Season your burgers after the first flip, allowing the seasoning to penetrate the hot side and sink into the burger. After searing both sides, move burgers to the cooler side of the grill and cook until desired doneness. Whether you grill, broil or pan sear your burger make sure you cook to an internal temperature of at least 155°F.

Butchers grind trimmings from steaks and roasts, ensuring that valuable meat isn’t wasted and giving ground products a nice balanced flavor.
