These potstickers are easy to prepare and never disappoint! To fry them, put approximately 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it over medium heat. Place the potstickers in the warm pan and cook until the bottoms are slightly brown. Next, add cold water to the pan until it covers 1/4 of the potstickers’ height. Cover the frying pan and cook on high heat, then reduce to medium heat when most of the water has evaporated. Continue to cook until all the water has evaporated and the bottoms of the potstickers are golden brown.
