If sautéeing for tacos, chili, or similar recipes, ground turkey only needs to be partially thawed before adding it to the pan. The heat from the pan will add enough heat to thaw the meat fully as it cooks. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Turkey breast is the largest section on the bird and is loaded with juicy, white meat. Breast meat is loaded in protein (7 grams/ounce) and low in fat (<1 gram/ounce), so you get a lot of flavor without it weighing you down. Breast meat is also high in vitamins such as niacin and minerals like zinc and selenium.
