SWEDESBORO, NJ. – Rastelli’s Food Group, a leading world-class provider of meat and food products since 1976, announced the purchase of select assets from C.W. Brown, LLC, effective November 3, 2025.
Rastelli’s has acquired the Botto’s Genuine Italian Sausage brand and use of C.W. Brown’s Mt. Royal, NJ manufacturing facility, allowing for Rastelli’s to expand their current portfolio of fresh sausage, fully cooked and value-added products.
