Low in fat, but big on taste, our Turkey Butcher Burger is made from all-natural turkey breast meat. Simply defrost and cook on a pan or cook from frozen on the grill. Our Turkey Burger is ideal by itself for a light gluten-free meal, and even better topped with avocado, bacon or cheddar!

Place on a well-oiled grill over high heat or broil in oven. Sear one side for 5-6 minutes, then flip, season with salt and pepper, and sear the other side. Turn the heat down or move to a cooler spot on the grill and cook until heated to 165°F, about 5 more minutes. Enjoy these pan fried on the stove top by adding a small amount of cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add burgers and pan fry for 6-8 minutes per side.

Turkey breast is the largest section on the bird and is loaded with juicy, white meat. Breast meat is loaded in protein (7 grams/ounce) and low in fat (<1 gram/ounce), so you get a lot of flavor without it weighing you down. Breast meat is also high in vitamins such as niacin and minerals like zinc and selenium.
