Chicken Wings are white meat comprised of three parts – the “drumette”, a meaty piece that resembles a small drumstick, the “flat”, a thinner but generally more tender piece, and the “tip,” which is usually discarded due to its lack of meat. Our wings come pre-split into drummettes and flats, making them easy to cook and perfect for appetizer-type dishes like Buffalo Wings.
