Our Mild Italian Pork Sausage Links are made from select cuts of pork and gently flavored with a natural blend of Italian herbs and spices, just like our Nonna used to make. Pan cook or grill ’em up to serve on a roll, or crumble into a hearty sauce and serve with your favorite pasta.

These sausages are easy to cook and hard to mess up. Throw them on a hot grill, sautée over medium-high heat on a stovetop, or place on a cookie sheet in a 400°F oven. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F.

Product Tour

Our pork sausages primarily use meat from the Shoulder primal, which is itself divided into two sub-primals known as the Picnic Shoulder and the Butt (from the old English word for barrel). It’s located at the front of the hog between the neck and the loin. It’s high in intramuscular fat which lends a deep, rich flavor and makes it ideal for grinding and sausage-making.
