Can be cooked from frozen or thawed state. Season your burgers after the first flip, allowing the seasoning to penetrate the hot side and sink into the burger. After searing both sides, move burgers to the cooler side of the grill and cook until desired doneness. Whether you grill, broil or pan sear your burger make sure you cook to an internal temperature of at least 155° F.

Whether Short Ribs come the Rib primal or the Chuck is a matter of nuance. Either way, they come from the area where these two primals meet, towards the front-center of the center of the cattle’s back. Like the rest of the rib primal, this section produces a very tender and flavorful cut of meat. When ground, it makes an especially tender, juicy and flavorful burger.
