Thaw under refrigeration for 2-3 days. Preheat oven to 350°. Do not remove from cooking bag. Place turkey in a 2 inch deep roasting pan. Puncture cooking bag with one air hole near top of the bag. Roast for 16-20 minutes per pound. Bag will inflate during cooking (don’t poke any additional holes.) After about an hour check the internal temperature with an instant read thermometer. Insert the thermometer in the thickest part of the roast for the most accurate reading. Remove the turkey when the internal temperature reaches 165°. Let rest for 20 minutes. Remove cooking bag and serve. *NOTE: Refer to packaging for cooking times.
