- 1 cup sliced jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh green onions
- 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
Directions
Sauté diced chicken fajitas strips on medium-high heat until cooked thoroughly.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet or oven-safe dish by lining it with parchment paper or greasing lightly.
Arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet or dish, ensuring full coverage.
Evenly distribute the diced chicken fajita strips over the tortilla chips.
Scatter the sliced jalapeno peppers, sliced black olives, diced tomatoes, and chopped fresh green onions over the chicken fajita strips.
