1 medium Granny Smith Apple

1 lb. Rastelli’s Organic Skinless and Boneless Chicken Breast

1 tbsp Flour

1 cup Fresh or Frozen Cranberries

Salt and Pepper, to taste

1 tbsp Brown Sugar

1 tsp Dried Thyme

1 cup Apple Juice or Cider
Directions
Peel and core apple. Cut into chunks.
Lightly season chicken pieces with salt and pepper, dredge in flour.
Place chicken in the slow cooker. On top of the chicken, spread cranberries and apples evenly over the chicken.
In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, thyme and apple juice or cider. Pour over chicken and fruit.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Taste sauce and adjust seasoning. If sauce has not thickened, turn on high and cook uncovered for up to 30 minutes to thicken sauce.
