These Sirloin Steak Kabobs are bursting with flavor from the marination of Rastelli's Sirloin Coulotte Steaks, zucchini, red onion, and cherry tomatoes in Balsamic dressing and olive oil, seasoned with the signature seasoning. Grilled to perfection, these kabobs are a delicious and satisfying meal option for a cookout or a weeknight dinner.

4 Rastelli’s Sirloin Coulotte Steaks

1 zucchini - large cubes

1 red onion - large dice

1 pint cherry tomatoes

¼ cup Balsamic Dressing

Signature seasoning

2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat grill to med high, Cut Sirloin into 1 in cubes, and prep vegetables.
Taking all ingredients, place on skewers, place in container. Add Balsamic dressing, seasoning and oil, allow to marinate for 2 to 4 hours.
Take skewers and place on grill, cook for about 2 minutes per side, cook on all sides until desired temperature is reached.
