2 pieces Cooked Faroe Islands Salmon

⅓ cup Mayonnaise

1 stalk Celery, finely diced

2 tbsp Red Onion, finely diced

1 tbsp Fresh Dill or 1 tsp Dried Dill

¼ tsp Black Pepper

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

20 Crostini

2 cups Leaf Lettuce
Directions
Break salmon up and add mayo, celery, red onion, fresh dill, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix till well incorporated.
Take crostini’s and place a piece of leaf lettuce on top of each. Place a small scoop of salmon salad on each piece. Garnish with fresh dill, lemon zest.
