2 tbsp Olive Oil

2 Garlic Cloves (Crushed)

2 Sprigs Rosemary

2 oz Bourbon

1 tsp Cinnamon

¼ tsp Ground Cloves

4 tsp Fine Ground Espresso

1 tsp Brown Sugar

1 tsp Ground Ginger

½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Dry Rub
Directions
Spread dry rub on plate and roll each filet mignon in seasoning.
Heat olive oil in pan over medium high heat and sear filets.
Add fresh rosemary, cloves of garlic, and garlic and herb butter to pan and bake.
Add your favorite bourbon.
