4 Faroe Island Salmon Filets

4 Slices of Bread

2 Ripe Avocados

¼ Cup of Mayonnaise

2 tablespoons minced Onion

2 tablespoon Capers
-
2 teaspoon Seafood Seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cherry Tomatoes, for garnish
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season the salmon filets with salt and pepper to taste. Place the salmon filets on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
While the salmon is cooking, prepare the avocado by slicing it in half and removing the pit. Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl and mash it with a fork.
In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, minced onion, capers, and seafood seasoning until well combined.
When the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Toast your bread to your desired level of crispness.
Once the bread is toasted, spread the avocado mash on top of each slice of bread.
Flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces and add it to your mayonnaise mixture.
Spread the mayonnaise mixture on top of the avocado on each slice of toast.
Top with the cherry tomatoes and Enjoy!
