Ingredients
-
4 Pork Ribeye Steaks
-
½ cup Flour
-
3 Eggs, Beaten
-
Bread Crumbs or Pork Rinds
-
1 cup Vegetable Oil, for frying
Directions
Begin by unwrapping the Rastelli’s Pork Ribeye Steaks. Ensure they are at room temperature for even cooking.
In three separate shallow dishes, arrange the flour, beaten eggs, and crushed pork rinds (if using) respectively.
Dredge each pork ribeye steak in the flour, ensuring an even coating on both sides. Shake off any excess flour.
Submerge the floured pork steaks into the beaten eggs, ensuring they are fully coated.
For a low-carb option, coat the pork steaks in the crushed pork rinds, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs to the surface.
In a skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches around 350°F (175°C).
Carefully place the breaded pork steaks into the hot oil. Fry each side for approximately 3-4 minutes, or until they achieve a golden brown color and are cooked through.
Once fried, transfer the pork chops to a plate lined with paper towels to drain off any excess oil.
Plate the breaded pork chops and serve them hot, accompanied by your favorite side dishes or dipping sauces.
