Sloppy Joe Dip

Ingredients:
- 3 Rastelli’s Wagyu Beef Burgers (5.3 oz each), crumbled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 small green bell pepper, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add crumbled Wagyu beef and cook until browned.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Breakfast Hash

Ingredients:
- 2 Rastelli’s Wagyu Beef Burgers (5.3 oz each), crumbled
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 4 eggs
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced potatoes and cook until crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
- Stir in Wagyu beef, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned.
- Make four wells in the hash and crack an egg into each.

Ingredients:

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 lb pasta of choice
- Grated Parmesan for serving
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add Wagyu beef and cook until browned.
- Add onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are softened.
- Pour in red wine and simmer until reduced by half.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Stir in whole milk and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Serve Bolognese over pasta, garnished with Parmesan.
Wagyu Meatloaf

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Wagyu beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Shape into a loaf and place on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Wagyu beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and milk.
- Form into 1-inch meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Warm marinara sauce in a pot and add meatballs.

- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add Wagyu beef, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle cooked beef, cheddar, Monterey Jack, black beans, tomatoes, and jalapeños over chips.
