Gran Annabelle’s Sausage Stuffing
- 4 Mild Italian Links (removed from casing)
- 2 stalks celery (diced)
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1 stick salted butter
- 4 cups turkey stock
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp fresh sage (chopped)
- 1 bag bread cubes
1) Place sauté pan over medium heat, remove sausage from casing & brown sausage in pan.
2) Add butter and melt, add diced celery and onions, cook til translucent. Add poultry seasoning and fresh sage.
3) Add stock to pan and pour over bread cubes.
4) Bake at 375* for 30-45 minutes or stuff in turkey and cook until internal temperature reaches 165* degrees.
